How long will it take to complete the project?
Time allotted for each project varies according to detail and intricacy. Typically it takes one to three
days to complete a job.

Do you require a deposit?
In the course of planning a design for a room, a custom sketch is often necessary. A $25 sketch fee is
required and collected at the consultation. This fee is non-refundable but is deducted from the total cost
of the project once you choose to hire Off The Wall.

What type of paint to you use?
We use water-based, non-toxic acrylic paints. There is no odor, so children can sleep in their room that night.

What if I can't decide what type of wall painting I want for my child's room?
We have put together a portfolio of existing work and we have many more ideas to share with you.
We will work with you to create room concepts that match the existing color scheme and decor theme.

Can you paint on canvas?
Instead of painting directly on the wall, we can also paint the design of your choice onto
canvases like true artwork. That way, if you move into a new home or switch your
childrens' bedrooms, you can take the "portable wall painting" with you.
When will the work begin?
After a design or sketch is approved, jobs will be scheduled on a first come first served basis,
according to availability.

How can I be sure I will like the completed painting?
We encourage our clients to be as involved in the process as possible. During the consultation, you will tell us
exactly what you envision for your child's room. Through the sketching process we will finalize the design.
On the painting day, we will show you a preliminary layout. Any changes to be made will take place at that time,
before the image is transferred to the wall. Once we start painting, it can be difficult to make alterations.
